About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administration & Facilities Executive to manage daily administrative operations, transportation, guest handling, and facility maintenance for both office and factory premises. The role ensures smooth operations, compliance, and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, housekeeping, and cafeteria management.
  • Manage transport logistics, including staff pick & drop and guest airport transfers.
  • Supervise gate operations, visitor entry, and ensure compliance with security procedures.
  • Coordinate guest management, meetings, and internal events.
  • Oversee building and factory maintenance, including timely repairs and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and consumables.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations (EOBI, SESSI, etc.).
  • Supervise support staff (drivers, cleaners, office attendants) and verify overtime.
  • Liaise with vendors and government departments for administrative requirements.
  • Support emergency preparedness and facility safety initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in office administration or facilities management.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in handling transport, maintenance, and vendor operations preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
