Job Title: Sr. Executive / HR Executive – Generalist
Department: Human Resources
Location: A-43 Naraina Industrial Are Phase 2 Delhi-110028
Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new joiners.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Support the performance appraisal process and feedback mechanism.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and personnel files.
- Process payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, benefits, etc.) and coordinate with finance.
- Handle exit formalities including clearance, exit interviews, and final settlements.
- Prepare Bank file and upload salary and other payment on bank portal.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, LWF, PT , Challan preparation and Submission other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and dashboards regularly.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
