About the Role :

We are looking for a well-presented, pleasant, and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and must demonstrate a warm and welcoming attitude along with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Manage appointments, meeting room schedules, and visitor logs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail / courier packages
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning)
  • Coordinate with different departments when required
  • Provide general support to clients, employees, and management

Required Skills :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant, polite, and professional demeanor
  • Smart and presentable appearance
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Previous receptionist experience.
