Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in print and branding design. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing a wide range of branding and promotional materials. You will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual content for various print and marketing collaterals, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand identity and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Conceptualize and design high-impact visual content for:
• Flex banners, hoardings, and backdrops
• Logos and branding elements
• Brochures, catalogues, and newsletters
• Pamphlets and flyers
• Standees and ID cards
• Car stickers and silicon bands
• Tickets and labels
• Flame (if referring to display signage) and other display materials
• · Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to understand design requirements and deliver compelling visuals.
• · Ensure all designs are print-ready, meeting technical specifications for various print formats.
• · Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• · Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
• · Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure accurate production and quality control.

Requirements:

• · Minimum 5 years of professional design experience in a print and branding environment.
• · Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across various print media formats.
• · Proficiency in industry-standard design software:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDRAW (if used for flex/print designs)
• InDesign (for brochures, catalogues, etc.)
• · Understanding of print production processes, color calibration, and material specifications.
• · Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• · Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• · Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• · Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• · Familiarity with branding strategies and marketing principles.
• · Prior experience in a printing press, advertising agency, or branding firm is a plus.
