Sr. Graphics Designer

• Lead the design team and oversee all graphic design projects.
• Create high-quality visual designs for branding, marketing materials, social media, advertisements, and websites.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all visuals.
• Guide junior designers and review their work for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create visually appealing designs.
• Design logos, brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and digital assets.
• Create motion graphics, UI/UX layouts, and promotional videos (if required).
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all creatives.
• Present design ideas and concepts to management/clients.
• Handle revisions and provide final print-ready or digital-ready files.
