Statutory compliance ,Timely submit/deposit returns/challan and maintaining records of PF, ESIC, PT and LWF, EPF UAN generation, ECR, Generate Challan, KYC,UAN Activation, E-Nomination, DSC registration, E-sign, PTEC ,PTRC registrations, calculations

Sound knowledge of PF Act & rules, ESIC, PT & MLWF, EPF/EPS calculations, PF registration process, KYC, online nomination, PF forms - 11, 5A, 3A, monthly & Annual PF returns, UAN creation, ECR upload, Challan generation, PF payment, transfer claims.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 1.5-4 yrs exp in PF matters, indepth knowledge of PF acts & rules, knowledge of ESIC, Gratuity, PT, Bonus, MLWF and other such acts/laws, Capability to handle large head counts, advanced excel.
