- Maintain employment resumes, applications, interview notes, and applicant flow logs in accordance with the organization’s hiring procedures.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks for all potential candidates.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze applicant flow logs and other recruitment-related statistical data.
- Deliver HR orientation sessions for all new hires, including conducting training and presenting during staff onboarding programs.
- Process all documentation related to employee terminations accurately and promptly.
- Review, verify, and submit unemployment claims to the administrator in a timely manner.
- Assist in investigating employee complaints and support the resolution process.
- Participate in job analysis and updates to job descriptions to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Prepare and provide payroll information by collecting and verifying time and attendance records.
- Administer employee benefit plans and act as a liaison between the company and benefit providers.
- Maintain and update personnel records in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of employee information at all times.
- Organize, compile, and update employee records, both in hard copy and digital formats.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive HR strategies, systems, processes, and procedures across the organization.
- Support continuous improvement of HR operations to enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.
