We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and driven HR Payroll Executive / Senior Executive to join our team. This role involves managing bi-monthly U.S. payroll while closely collaborating with both the Pakistan-based U.S. HR team and U.S. counterparts to address employee concerns and resolve post-payroll matters. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in payroll operations, HR support, and employee servicing—preferably within a U.S.-focused organization.

To excel in this position, you must have solid knowledge of U.S. taxation and labor regulations, exceptional communication abilities, and strong teamwork skills. A proactive approach, analytical mindset, and leadership capabilities are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate commissions, incentives, and bonuses across multiple compensation plans.
  • Assist in developing new compensation structures and evaluating their financial impact.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll calculations, entitlements, and adjustments.
  • Prepare financial models to support commission- and incentive-related reporting.
  • Align commission plans with operational and sales performance metrics.
  • Support payroll operations with daily tasks and special projects.
  • Work with HR Operations to ensure accurate employee records, timely updates, and compliance with internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, HR operations, or a similar HR role—preferably within a U.S.-based organization.
  • Strong proficiency in HR systems and MS Office, especially advanced Excel functions.
  • In-depth understanding of U.S. employment laws, taxation rules, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently coordinate and manage tasks within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership qualities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, professional, and productive workplace attitude.
  • High ethical standards with a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
