HR – Roles and Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
  • Conducting interviews (telephonic / direct)
  • Coordinating with management for selection
  • Issuing offer letters, appointment letters

2. Onboarding & Joining Formalities

  • Collecting documents from new employees
  • Creating employee ID, email, and system access
  • Conducting induction/orientation
  • Explaining company policies to new employees

3. Attendance & Payroll

  • Monitoring daily attendance and leave records
  • Coordinating with supervisors to update shift details
  • Preparing monthly payroll inputs
  • Handling salary issues, deductions, PF/ESI updates

4. Employee Relations

  • Solving employee complaints and queries
  • Maintaining discipline and good work culture
  • Conducting meetings with employees and supervisors
  • Supporting employees during personal/work issues

5. Training & Development

  • Identifying training needs
  • Arranging skill-development programs
  • Maintaining training attendance and report

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
