V&K Tax and Accounting Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading accounting & tax firm supporting USA clients, is hiring an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage HR & admin functions.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
• Payroll, compliance & HR policies
• Employee relations & staff management
• Streamline HR processes & documentation
• Co-ordinate with multiple branches
• Handle admin operations

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of HR experience
• Strong communication & confident personality
• Ability to take challenges and improve processes
• Experience in payroll, compliance & hiring

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
