Communication: Good English Communication Ability to Speak, Read & Write

Good English Hindi Gujarati skills - Ability to Speak & Write

Job Description:

Good communication and negotiation skills

Able to Manage Hiring Process / Staff engagement, Policy & Documentation, Laisioning With departments, Can Manage Full Cycle of Employee recruitment to Exit Process./ Payroll Management / Coordination with Team & Management.

Preferred with Experience in Employees Engagement/ Retention & Welfare Programs

Manage all verticals relationship and able to solve queries

Train and support employees & Report to Stake Holders

Salary : 4,20,000 - 7,50,000 P.A. - Or Negotiable
