Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and manage a small HR team.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company standards.
Support management in manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Conduct performance appraisal cycles and assist in setting KPIs and employee development plans.
Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with UAE (or relevant country s) labor laws and company regulations.
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review.
Liaise with external agencies, government departments, and auditors for HR-related documentation and compliance.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5 8 years of progressive HR experience, with proven team leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor law, and HR systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Zoho People).

Preferred Attributes:
Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) are an advantage.
Experience in handling both strategic and operational HR functions.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
