Joyland Rawalpindi is looking for Sr.HR Executive (Recrutiment)

Responsibilities:

* Manage full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles.

* Source candidates through head hunting, LinkedIn, indeed, and other online platforms.

* Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

* Maintain recruitment records and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

* Ability to close positions within the deadline.

Requirements

* 2–3 years of recruitment experience preferably in amusement sector.

* Strong understanding of sourcing tools and hiring platforms.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
