Job Description: Sr. Manager – Human Resources

Location: Noida (In-office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Business Head & Managing Director (Matrix Reporting)

Our HR function will play a pivotal role in building a high-performance culture, driving organizational capability, and enabling business transformation.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for setting up, strengthening, and scaling LMS’s HR systems, processes, and people practices. This is a hands-on, strategic role suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can bring structure, clarity, and long-term thinking to a growing organization.

The incumbent will partner closely with leadership to define the HR vision, drive operational excellence, and establish HR as a strategic business enabler.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR & Organization Development

  • Define and implement the HR Vision and 3–5 year strategic roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with leadership to design organizational structures, workforce plans, and capability-building frameworks.
  • Lead culture-building initiatives, employee engagement programs, and leadership alignment interventions.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Establish and manage end-to-end HR operations including attendance, payroll, HRMS, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.) and conduct periodic audits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and uphold process governance and documentation standards.

3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment across functions—from requisition to hiring.
  • Develop standardized hiring processes, interview frameworks, and evaluation mechanisms.
  • Build and execute seamless pre-onboarding, onboarding, and induction experiences.

4. Learning & Development

  • Conduct training needs analysis and design capability development plans.
  • Facilitate behavioral and leadership development programs.
  • Create and manage an annual learning calendar and track training effectiveness.

5. Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Develop a PMS aligned with company goals and growth plans.
  • Implement structured goal-setting, review cycles, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
  • Build manager capability to lead fair, consistent, and developmental performance discussions.

6. Policy & Framework Development

  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook.
  • Benchmark practices with industry standards and ensure transparent policy communication.

7. Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Partner with business leaders to identify HR priorities and drive people initiatives accordingly.
  • Mentor and guide the HR team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, ensuring a people-centric yet business-aligned approach.

Desired Profile

  • 6–12 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, dynamic, or scaling organizations.
  • Proven experience establishing HR systems and frameworks from scratch.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, PMS, payroll, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
