Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring. The role includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth selection and joining process. Candidates with strong communication skills and recruitment experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
• Screen profiles and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate follow-ups until joining
• Handle documentation and maintain recruitment reports
• Build and manage a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure timely closures within deadlines

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of hiring processes
• Ability to manage multiple positions at once
• Time management and follow-up skills
• Experience in BFSI or sales hiring (preferred)

Qualification

• Graduation required
• Recruitment experience preferred
