Vibrant Media Inc. is on the lookout for an energetic and result-driven Lead Generation Specialist to generate leads for web design and development, logo design and SEO services through organic activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation techniques, excellent communication skills, and a proven track-record in generating high-quality leads for sales team.


This could include either a mix of these techniques or specialization in one of these areas: lead hunting, data scraping, email marketing, cold calling, bidding on freelance platforms, Linkedin outreach, etc.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Find high-quality leads from LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing, and other industry-specific websites.
  • Focus on organic methods to attract and engage clients, including content marketing, community building, and networking.
  • Assist in the sales process by generating leads, preparing proposals, and communicating with potential clients.
  • Craft engaging, personalized outreach emails, messages, and pitches to capture attention.
  • Utilize outbound prospecting techniques such as cold calling, to connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by reaching out and establishing connections with prospects.
  • Collaborative skills for working closely with developers, designers, and project managers to meet client needs.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably in software services or IT.
  • Must have knowledge of digital services like web development, logo design and SEO, etc.
  • Skilled in sales techniques to close deals and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written communication to write compelling, client-specific proposals.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for business and lead generation (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook Groups, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
