Minimum Experience: 8 to 10 Years Gulf Experience

Industry experience: Plant & Machinery / Building and Construction

Qualification & Requirements:

• SSC / ITI / Diploma
• 8 to 10 years’ experience in UAE / GCC
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Operation and maintenance of vehicles and equipment's which are using in the construction field. (Like wheel loaders, excavators, generators, buses, HiAce, pick up, vibrators, compressors)
• Equipment Expertise: Familiarity with a wide range of construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes, and generators.
• Diagnostic Skills: Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and fix faults efficiently.
• Preventive Maintenance: Proven experience in conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for on-site and workshop repairs.
• Documentation: Ability to maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports.
• Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and protocols.
• Communication: Basic communication skills to report issues and coordinate with team members and supervisors.
