Job Purpose:
The Senior Officer - Talent Attraction executes recruitment strategies, sources candidates, and participates in the full recruitment and talent acquisition cycles. He/ She ensures an efficient and effective recruitment process, manages candidate communication, supports onboarding, and enhances the Human Capital brand image.

Executes recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.

Ensures that all recruitment activities are completed within the agreed turnaround times (TAT).

Submits weekly MIS recruitment and new joiners reports to the line manager.

Abides by sourcing, selection, and governance function procedures.

Acts as the focal point for Human Capital's engagement activities.

Serves as the primary contact for delivering an excellent onboarding experience to enhance employer branding.

Collects interview, onboarding, and other required evaluation sheets.

Ensures the completion of new joiner files before submitting them to the Employee Relations team.

Assists in representing the bank at career and job fairs.

Establishes and nurtures relationships with local universities and student societies to build a pipeline of fresh talent.

Prepares offer letters and negotiates salaries under the supervision of the line manager.

Participates in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through the bank’s preferred channels.

Develops and manages relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources under the supervision of the line manager.

Coordinates and conducts interviews with candidates, assessing their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Collaborates with hiring managers to ensure structured and consistent interviews, facilitating their involvement in the selection process.

Ensures recruitment processes are free from bias and comply with all relevant labor laws and governing regulations.

Stays updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and provides regular reports and analytics to the line manager.

Supports the department head and line manager in completing initiatives and projects.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI) is desired.

A minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in the banking sector or a recruitment agency, is desired.

Hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, offering, onboarding and evaluating candidates.

Strong knowledge of local labor law and related regulations.

Experience in using recruitment ATS and hiring portals such as Linkedin Recruiter.

Hands on MS Office suite usability.
