The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager that can lead complex implementation projects and act as the main client liaison while ensuring on-time, successful delivery. The role oversees cross-functional teams, manages risks and resources, and fosters strong customer partnerships, all while supporting team development and continuous improvement.

The Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end project management. Scope project requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation
  • Oversee multiple project types on multiple platforms, maintaining strong communication and updates both internally and externally
  • Lead, plan, execute and successfully complete complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and managing resources, timelines and budgets
  • Be the main point of contact for the project for the Meazure Learning brand. Handle escalations, manage solutions and ensure to maintain a strategic partnership with the customer group for overall success
  • Build and lead project teams, setting the vision for the project, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration an innovation.
  • Identify potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues that arise
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Tracking project progress, identifying deviations from the plan, and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports and meeting minutes.
  • Ensuring all project deliverables are completed, formally closing the project, and conducting post-project reviews.
  • Mentor project managers for growth and skill development

Required Attributes:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a Project Management position
  • Accountability with projects where you embrace ownership, see the bigger picture of each individual project, anticipating needs and tailer the experience for each customer group.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate organizational abilities, strategic thinking, and adaptability
  • Time management, Organization and Problem-solving skills
  • Maintain high ethical standards, being transparent, and building trust with the team and stakeholders

Additional Position Information:

  • Remote India Opportunity
  • Core Hours: 7 PM – 4 AM (IST)
  • Core Days Worked: Monday - Friday

Desired Attributes:

  • Prince2 / PMP / Agile experience
  • Experience with onboarding, migrating, or implementing SaaS Platforms.
  • Experience in the testing industry and with assessment delivery platforms.
  • Experience of working with distributed teams.
