Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in aluminum and façade projects. The ideal candidate will have solid site experience, excellent knowledge of quality standards, and the ability to ensure compliance with project quality requirements throughout all stages of fabrication and installation.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Control

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures specific to aluminum and façade works in line with industry standards and client requirements
• Conduct inspections and audits at all project stages to ensure material quality and workmanship meet approved specifications
• Ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the project

Site Inspections

• Perform regular site inspections to monitor installation quality and detect potential issues
• Identify and document deviations and non-conformities, coordinating with site teams to implement corrective actions
• Ensure site teams comply with quality control measures during fabrication and installation

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, NCRs, and other quality documentation
• Prepare periodic QA/QC reports highlighting findings, trends, and recommendations
• Manage documentation for material submittals, shop drawings, MIRs, and IRs

Training & Support

• Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC standards and best practices
• Collaborate with the QA/QC Manager to address recurring issues and implement process improvements

Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all quality-related matters
• Participate in technical and progress meetings, presenting quality updates and corrective strategies

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Experience: 6–10 years of QA/QC experience in aluminum, façade, or construction projects with strong on-site exposure
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, ISO standards, ASTM, and industry best practices
• Proficient in inspection methods, documentation, and reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• License: Valid UAE Driving License with willingness to travel to multiple sites

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
