Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Expert to lead and optimize our Non-IT recruitment processes. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, employer branding, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruitment for various functions and levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, from job scoping to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source talent via job boards, social media, referrals, and talent pipelines to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Screening & Evaluation: Conduct resume reviews, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
• Job Marketing: Write and post optimized, inclusive job ads across platforms; collaborate on employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
• Branch Collaboration: Partner with reporting managers across branches to understand hiring needs, define job profiles, and advise on market trends and strategies.
• Offer & Onboarding: Manage offer negotiations, pre-boarding communication, and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior recruitment expert role is must.
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles and levels.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-volume Non-IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Strong focus on diversity and inclusive hiring practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
