To drive retail and fleet sales of Eicher trucks within the assigned territory by developing strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual truck sales targets.
- Identify and generate leads through market visits, customer referrals, cold calls, and participation in trade events
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers and develop new customers
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations for prospective buyers
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
- Support the customer through the entire sales process – inquiry, documentation, delivery, and after-sales service.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/BBM/B.Com/Engineering).
- MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales /automotive sales/Bus sales.
- Freshers with strong interest in sales may also be considered for entry-level roles.
