To drive retail and fleet sales of Eicher trucks within the assigned territory by developing strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual truck sales targets.
  • Identify and generate leads through market visits, customer referrals, cold calls, and participation in trade events
  • Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers and develop new customers
  • Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations for prospective buyers
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
  • Support the customer through the entire sales process – inquiry, documentation, delivery, and after-sales service.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of vehicle specifications and usage
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/BBM/B.Com/Engineering).
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales /automotive sales/Bus sales.
  • Freshers with strong interest in sales may also be considered for entry-level roles.
