Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Sr SEO Associate with strong analytical skills to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns across all digital platforms. You should have a deep understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on data analysis and ROI-driven decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other BI platforms to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Track KPIs including CTR, CPA, ROI, bounce rate, and conversion rate; provide regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-impact digital campaigns that align with customer behavior and analytics data.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effective advertising spend.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ to 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Data Studio.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
