Job Description: Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components) Developer

Position: Salesforce Sr LWC Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development:
    • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
    • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning framework.
    • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools is a plus.
    • Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience and meet business needs.
    • Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to support LWC functionality.
    • Implement responsive and reusable components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Integration and Customization:
    • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Customize Salesforce Lightning pages using App Builder and LWC.
    • Work with Salesforce APIs to build seamless integrations.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
    • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Optimize the performance of Lightning components and Salesforce applications.
    • Ensure scalability and maintainability of the codebase.
  • Documentation and Training:
    • Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows.
    • Train end-users and stakeholders on new features and functionalities.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
    • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce security models and best practices.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
    • Salesforce Lightning Web Components Specialist certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud.
