Sr. Technical Sales Head

Location: Punkunnam, Thrissur

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Sales Head to lead our in-house CRM & Technical Support Sales Team and manage Field Sales Engineers across Kerala and interstate locations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Technical Sales (same field preferred).
• Must be from an Engineering background.
• Strong management, leadership, and commanding skills.
• Proven experience in directly handling a team of at least 25 members.
• Ability to coordinate and support both in-house teams and field sales engineers.
• Excellent communication, planning, and strategic execution capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the CRM & technical support sales division.
• Manage and support field sales operations across Kerala and other states.
• Develop sales strategies, team performance plans, and reporting systems.
• Drive sales growth and ensure operational excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
