Sr. Technician

Job Summary

Eco Pure Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Technician with strong expertise in residential and commercial building maintenance. The candidate will supervise and support junior technicians, handle complex maintenance tasks, and ensure high-quality service delivery across sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor junior and assistant technicians
• Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting across multiple disciplines (MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical)
• Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Assist in renovation, fit-out, and in-unit maintenance projects
• Prepare maintenance reports, technical documentation, and progress updates
• Liaise with clients and ensure service quality and timely resolution of issues
• Manage tools, equipment, and materials efficiently

Requirements

• 4–6 years of UAE experience as a Technician or Senior Technician
• Strong technical knowledge in MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical systems
• Experience supervising a team of technicians
• Good problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance reporting
• UAE driving license (preferred)
