Sr. UI/UX designer

Job Title: Sr. UI/UX Designer
Location: Bhopal
Experience Required: minimum 2 years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Sr. UI/UX Designer with excellent communication skills to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will translate business goals and user needs into elegant design solutions for web and mobile platforms while collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, and final design execution
• Create user personas, user journeys, information architecture, and interaction flows
• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve designs
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI standards
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation
• Present and clearly communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders and clients
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and design thinking
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Good understanding of UX research methods and usability principles
• Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design approaches
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and team collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise applications
• Knowledge of animation/motion design (After Effects, Principle, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
