We are hiring a Senior Web Developer who is highly skilled in Core PHP and also capable of working on modern front-end technologies like React. A candidate who can take ownership of backend + frontend architecture will thrive in this role.

Developers with strong PHP skills + hands-on React (or modern JS frameworks) experience will be given preference.Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
• Lead backend development using Core PHP and REST APIs
• Build high-performance front-end interfaces using React.js
• Optimize systems for speed, security, and scalability
• Ensure seamless communication between UI and backend logic
• Handle database design, queries, and performance optimization (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Develop and integrate third-party APIs and web services
• Implement version control (Git), documentation, and code reviews
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing products
• Guide and mentor junior developers

Preferred Additional Technical Expertise

(Any of the below will be considered an advantage)

• Node.js / Express.js
• Next.js (SEO-friendly front end development)
• Laravel / CodeIgniter for structured backend development
• TypeScript
• Redux for advanced state management in React
• Cloud Deployment: AWS / DigitalOcean / Linux server management
• Docker / CI-CD pipelines
• UI frameworks: Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
• API Security & authentication systems (JWT, OAuth)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Core PHP development experience
• Strong knowledge of React.js or similar JS framework
• Excellent understanding of OOP, REST APIs, MVC
• Strong MySQL / PostgreSQL & query optimization skills
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Strong analytical, debugging, and clean-code practices
• Ability to manage complete projects independently

Job Details

• Position: Senior Web Developer (PHP + React)
• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & portfolio)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Mon – Sat (Day Shift)
• Work Mode: In-office (Company system provided)
