Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop TA plans, forecast hiring needs, diversify recruitment sources; partner with Head HR for inputs.
  • Recruitment Process: Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiation, offers, and onboarding; ensure compliance and strong candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding: Strengthen brand via social media, career pages, events, and campus drives; align with Head HR strategy.
  • Negotiation & Offers: Benchmark salaries, negotiate within budgets, ensure smooth joining; escalate complex cases to Head HR.
  • HR Support: Assist in induction, engagement, MIS reporting, and training initiatives; collaborate with Head HR on projects.

  • Quality of hire
  • Employer branding reach + Ratings
  • Recruitment source diversification

Candidate Profile

  • MBA/PGDM/Graduation in HR with 4–6 years TA experience (logistics/cold chain preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ATS, portals, and social media recruitment.
  • Collaborative mindset to work closely with Internal and External stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
