Work you'll do

• Work together with other team members and engagement managers in performing business/share valuation for potential buy-side and sell-side M&A and financial reporting purpose
• Assist with researching various technical and industry specific issues
• Perform market and industry analysis
• Perform financial analysis
• Assist in valuation report preparation
• Assist engagement manager in key finding/reporting presentation to client
• Participate in the development of proposal and client presentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, and/or other related fields
• Analyst- 0-1 year of working experience in auditing and finance related field
• Good analytical skills and be able to work independently with the projects assigned
• Good command in English, both speaking and writing skills
• Professional credentials such as SEC-FA license, CFA, FRM is a plus
