Job Title : Staff Nurse (Female)

Job Location : CGC University Mohali

Main Purpose :

Main purpose of Staff Nurses fundamentally concentrates on caring for their patients, educating the patients regarding the prevention of diseases and promotion of health. Consequently, nurses assess the health problems and needs of their patients, plan and develop nursing care plans, implement and evaluate the care and maintain a record of their day to day clinical interventions.

Qualification :B.sc Nursing

Experience : 2-5 years of experience in the relevant field

Competency : Emergency, patient Care, Nursing, Medical knowledge, Knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology, Good communication and interpersonal skills and Basic Computer Skills

Specific Accountability & Job Responsibility :

 Provide direct & indirect patient care in general and emergency care situations.

 On a rotational basis, perform all nursing related work with utmost courtesy, dignity & empathy towards patients.

 Provide any & every detail about the procedures, medications, and answer patient queries & subsequent follow-up.

 Position and cover the patient for the procedures.

 Documenting the patient history

 Administer injection to patient/donor, as prescribed in file.

 Maintain stock of all required injections/drugs

 Elicit accurate & relevant patient medical history

 Co-ordinate procurement of necessary documents from patients.

 Update all patient records in both physical, as well as digital format.

 File all regulatory forms/consents before each procedure.

 Maintain records of usage/supply of injections/drugs/equipment’s, for audit purposes

Compensation :

 Compensation will not be a constraining factor and will be the best in the sector.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
