Staff Nurse

Work Timing: 10.00 AM - 7.00 PM (No Night Shift)

No Weekend Weekoff only Weekly Weekoff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctors in providing weight loss treatments and services to clients.
• Monitor client health and progress throughout their weight loss journey.
• Provide support to clients during their consultations and follow-up appointments.
• Educate clients on proper diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes for effective weight loss.
• Administer prescribed treatments, injections, or therapies as directed by the doctor.
• Take and record vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, and other relevant health data.
• Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations of client health and weight loss goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress, treatments, and any concerns.
• Ensure the clinic environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for clients.
• Provide emotional support to clients, encouraging their participation in the clinics weight loss programs.
• Coordinate with the doctor to ensure clients are receiving the correct treatment and guidance.
• Educate and support clients in adopting healthy habits to maintain long-term weight loss results.
• Follow infection control protocols and clinic guidelines to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Ensure smooth communication between the medical team and clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing (GNM) from a recognized nursing institution.
• Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience in nursing are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of weight loss principles, nutrition, and exercise is a plus.
• Ability to provide empathetic and motivational support to clients on their weight loss journey.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate and inform clients in a clear and supportive manner.
• Comfortable working in a team and assisting doctors with medical procedures.
• Ability to monitor and record client health data accurately.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to the clinics schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
