Under the direction of the Hospital Administrator (or designee), the Staff Services Manager Ill (Human Resources Director) is responsible for the management of Personnel Services, the Environmental Health & Safety Office, and the Training Department and is responsible for providing consultative services to management staff and control agencies. Ensures that the Hospital is in compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) and State Licensing standards and all federal and State laws on employment and safety policy, practice and procedure that impact the Hospital’s Human Resources operation.

  • Regular and consistent attendance is critical to the successful performance of this position due to the heavy workload and time-sensitive nature of the work. The incumbent routinely works with and is exposed to sensitive and confidential issues and/or materials and is expected to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Telework may be considered upon successful completion of the probationary period.
