  • Manage end-to-end operations, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and deployment of candidates.
  • Responsible for business development, including identifying new clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and visa regulations, coordinating with PROs and relevant authorities for timely processing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns or escalations promptly.
  • Monitor and improve service delivery by overseeing operational workflows, maintaining KPIs, and ensuring alignment with agreed SLAs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries to grow accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, pricing structures, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and mobilization of staff, especially for volume hiring or project-based deployments.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management, including sales performance, client feedback, and operational challenges.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters or support staff as the company scales, ensuring high standards of professionalism and performance.
