Manage end-to-end operations, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and deployment of candidates.
Responsible for business development, including identifying new clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and visa regulations, coordinating with PROs and relevant authorities for timely processing.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns or escalations promptly.
Monitor and improve service delivery by overseeing operational workflows, maintaining KPIs, and ensuring alignment with agreed SLAs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries to grow accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, pricing structures, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and mobilization of staff, especially for volume hiring or project-based deployments.
Provide regular updates to senior management, including sales performance, client feedback, and operational challenges.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters or support staff as the company scales, ensuring high standards of professionalism and performance.
