Program Overview

The first edition of the Star Dior Graduate Program is a 18 month rotation program designed to develop future Boutique Managers for Parfums Christian Dior. The rotations cover various retail positions across the Saudi Arabia market with an optional period at our regional office in Dubai, UAE. Upon completion, graduates will secure a permanent CDI role and enjoy a special acceleration plan to shape their Dior journey.

The first cohort will begin in April 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Lean operations and customer experience across multiple retail locations.
  • Pioneer service excellence and product knowledge to support sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute local and global retail initiatives.
  • Document insights and contribute to continuous improvement of the boutique operating model.
Qualifications
  • Saudi Arabian citizenship or Saudi citizen's son/daughter.
  • No more than 2 years of professional experience (post graduation).
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail - luxury retail highly preferred.
  • Strong passion for retail, client experience, and luxury business.
  • Native Arabic speaker with fluent English.
  • Either a Bachelor's degree or high school graduate with 2 years' experience in retail/luxury or hospitality.
