The selected incumbent will support the management and compliance with the State's Spousal Coordination of Benefits Policy, the State’s Dependent Coordination of Benefits Policy, the Pensioner Coordination of Benefits Policy, and the State Group Health Insurance Plan (GHIP) Eligibility & Enrollment Rules and provide administrative and implementation support for the State's Prescription Drug Programs. Responsibilities include conducting regular review of reporting, determining program compliance in accordance with policy and procedures, providing appropriate feedback and outreach, reviewing appeals, serving as the primary contact for escalated customer service inquiries and providing direct support for the operation of the Statewide Benefits Office.
Six months experience in the advanced functionality of Microsoft Excel, such as formula/function library, data manipulation, import/export of data and linking multiple spreadsheets.
