Static Design Engineer - GET

Job Requirements:

• Knowledgeable of mechanical properties and degradation mechanisms for common materials of construction such as carbon steel, low chrome and nickel alloy steels, austenitic stainless steel, duplex and super duplex stainless steels, and nickel-based alloys such as Inconel
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
• Demonstrated ability to interface with engineering disciplines, such as Process, Rotating Equipment, Materials, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and support client needs.
• Multiple prior assignments that provide a variety of exposure to global oil & gas operations
• Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and integrity recommendation stewardship
• Ability to learn and adapt to an agile and flexible working environment, continuously stay abreast of latest developments in industry standards/ practices, bring in leanings/ experience to challenge and improvise company work processes/ practices
• Perform mechanical analysis of required thickness and fitness for service assessments
• Has ability to create innovative solutions /automations/ methodologies to build a differentiation for Quest Global

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from recognized university with minimum GPA 6.0 or above.
• Strong influence, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, planning, and interface skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• knowledge in Microsoft Office suite software programs.
• Willing and able to travel as required, both domestic and international.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
