Every day is different, but you ll mostly be:
Maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen and food preparation areas
Operating dishwashing machines and hand-washing equipment
Ensuring all crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cooking equipment is sanitised and ready to use
Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep and waste disposal
Keeping stock of cleaning supplies and reporting any shortages or maintenance needs
Following hygiene, health, and safety guidelines to the highest standards
