  • Operations & Hygiene

    • Supervise daily stewarding operations, including cleaning schedules, dishwashing, and equipment sanitation.

    • Ensure all kitchen and back-of-house areas meet HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards.

    • Oversee the handling, cleaning, and storage of kitchen equipment, utensils, and chinaware.

    • Monitor waste management and recycling procedures to maintain sustainability goals.

    Team Supervision

    • Assign duties and schedules to stewarding colleagues.

    • Train and guide team members on hygiene practices, chemical handling, and equipment use.

    • Ensure discipline, grooming, and professional conduct of stewarding staff.

    Support to Culinary & F&B

    • Assist chefs and F&B team with timely supply of clean equipment and utensils.

    • Coordinate with banquet and outlet teams for setup and support during events.

    • Ensure smooth flow of stewarding services during peak operations.

    Inventory & Administration

    • Maintain records of breakage, losses, and stewarding supplies.

    • Control stock of cleaning materials and chemicals, ensuring cost efficiency.

    • Report equipment maintenance issues and follow up with engineering.
