• Expertise in stitching operations for men’s formal suiting
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to ensure quality, productivity, and workflow efficiency
• Knowledge of tailoring standards, fittings, and production timelines
• Strong communication and coordination abilities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise stitching teams and daily operations
• Maintain workflow reports for Management
• Strong Analytical and Decision Making Skills
• Maintain quality control aligned with brand standards
• Ensure timely completion of orders and production targets
• Train and guide staff for continuous improvement
• Coordinate with cutting, QC, and design departments for smooth workflow
