stock manager

We are currently seeking a Stock Manager to join our team in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate should have a pharmacy background and solid experience in managing stock operations, inventory control, and warehouse systems within the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all pharmaceutical stock and inventory operations.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of medical and pharmaceutical products in compliance with MOH and SFDA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, expirations, and batch tracking.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure stock availability and proper rotation.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and participate in audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical inventory management or warehouse supervision.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia and available for immediate transfer of sponsorship (Kafala transfer required).
