Responsibilities

In this role, you will be tasked with shaping, polishing, constructing, assembling, and repairing items such as stone countertops, cladding panels, and other components. This hands-on position demands meticulous attention to detail and a solid grasp of fabrication techniques. Key responsibilities include:

• Shaping, polishing, mitering, and chamfering various stone materials according to drawings using hand tools and machinery.
• Reading and interpreting templates, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Regularly inspecting finished goods to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
• Occasionally working on-site for installation or templating.
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of deliveries.
• Covering for senior stone masons during absences.
• Participating in general shop floor housekeeping, maintenance, and daily factory operations.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Adhering to general health and safety protocols and complying with all related policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• At least high school graduate
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with hand tools and machinery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to integrate into a small team.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A flexible and proactive approach with the ability to work independently.

Pay: AED10,500.00 - AED11,300.00 per month
