Key Responsibilities:

Goods Receipt (GRN Creation & Verification):
-
Receive incoming materials, inspect quality & quantity against PO/delivery note.

Coordinate with QC for inspection if required.
-
Create GRN accurately in ERP and ensure all documents are filed properly.

Material Issuance:
-
Issue materials based on approved material request/issue slips.
-
Ensure accurate quantity issuance and update ERP entries without delay.
-
Return material handling and update in ERP.
-
Inventory Management:
-
Perform binning, labelling, and proper stacking of materials.
-
Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in monthly/quarterly stock counts.
-
Report stock discrepancies immediately.
-
Storage & Housekeeping:
-
Maintain organized storage for raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
-
Ensure adherence to 5S and safety standards in warehouse areas.
-
Documentation & ERP Transactions:
-
Update all inbound/outbound transactions in ERP in real-time.
-
Maintain filing of delivery notes, GRNs, MRNs, issue slips, and other records.
-
Coordination & Support:
-
Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics for smooth material flow.
-
Inform store in-charge of urgent stock requirements or shortages.
-
Safety & Compliance:
-
Follow PPE requirements and warehouse safety procedures.
-
Report unsafe conditions and support in implementing safety measures.
Qualification & Experience:
-
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (technical background preferred).

Minimum Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the water treatment.
Key Generic Skills:
-
Prior experience in storekeeping, retail, or water treatment industry is an advantage.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
-
Ability to lift and move stock safely.
-
Basic computer skills for inventory management.
