Responsibilities:
- Establish and achieve sales performance targets to maximize profitability.

- Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, loss prevention, and adherence to company policies.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and provide personalized service to enhance brand loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively promote the brand.
Qualifications:
