Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and store standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
• Strong Diamond product knowledge and sales experience
• Proven ability to drive performance and meet targets
