Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager at our Pondi Bazaar, Iyyappanthangal location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of running the store. This includes managing inventory, supervising staff, providing excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree

Experience - Should be performed as Store In-charge or Store Manager role for minimum 5 years.
