Store Manager

Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay: $19–$26/hr + Uncapped Commission

Overview
Join Ad Boost as a Store Manager. You’ll lead and motivate the team, manage daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll also help customers access the latest wireless solutions while guiding a committed team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to meet — and exceed — sales targets
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure overall store satisfaction
• Oversee store operations such as inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
• Train, mentor, and develop team members
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
• Promote local marketing efforts and engage with the community
• Handle escalated customer concerns in a professional and attentive manner

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Previous experience in retail or sales management (wireless-industry experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and coaching skills
• Goal-oriented, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
