Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Profitability:

  • Boost sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Meet Profit & Loss (P&L) targets and ensure BBB & Amore success.
  • Improve margins with local purchases and discount control.

Customer Experience:

  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT v2.0).
  • Ensure on-time delivery.
  • Engage inactive and chronic customers through calls.

Operations:

  • Control operational expenses (OPEX).
  • Maintain store hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Prevent losses with shrinkage control.
  • Manage petty cash, imprest cash, and shift variance.
  • Ensure a pleasant shopping experience with in-store music.

Team Management:

  • Train and develop the store team.
  • Use both classical and new training approaches.
  • Reduce staff attrition by creating a positive work culture.
  • Plan for future leadership with succession planning (MP Succession).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Retail, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in P&L management and sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
