Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Profitability:
- Boost sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Meet Profit & Loss (P&L) targets and ensure BBB & Amore success.
- Improve margins with local purchases and discount control.
Customer Experience:
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT v2.0).
- Ensure on-time delivery.
- Engage inactive and chronic customers through calls.
Operations:
- Control operational expenses (OPEX).
- Maintain store hygiene and cleanliness.
- Prevent losses with shrinkage control.
- Manage petty cash, imprest cash, and shift variance.
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience with in-store music.
Team Management:
- Train and develop the store team.
- Use both classical and new training approaches.
- Reduce staff attrition by creating a positive work culture.
- Plan for future leadership with succession planning (MP Succession).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Retail, or related field.
- 3-5 years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in P&L management and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail software.
