We Are Hiring – Store Manager / Business Development Manager – Inside Sales

Location: Coimbatore Industry: Interior Designs Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹7 LPA

Are you an ambitious and energetic sales professional ready to fast-track your career? We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Store Manager – Inside Sales to play a key role in expanding our clientele and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & implement effective growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Research & identify new markets, customer needs and business opportunities

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote company products/services and address client requirements effectively

Maintain sales records, revenue and client databases

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Train and mentor entry-level sales team members

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Generate & follow up on sales leads via cold calling, site visits, and networking

Requirements

Proven experience as Business Development Manager / Sales Executive or similar role Experience working with Architects, Designers & Developers is an added advantage Strong sales track record Good communication, negotiation & client relationship skills Market knowledge and passion for sales Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools Bachelor’s degree in Business / Sales / relevant field preferred
