We are seeking a reliable and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our construction materials store at [insert project site or central warehouse]. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock levels through regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Implement and monitor FIFO/LIFO systems as applicable.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and site execution teams for material requirements.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to avoid damage, contamination, or loss.
• Maintain detailed documentation including goods receipt notes (GRN), material issue slips, and stock registers.
• Supervise storekeepers, helpers, and logistics staff.
• Implement material tracking systems using ERP/software tools.
• Oversee timely disposal or return of excess, obsolete, or damaged stock.
• Ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards in material handling and storage.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management.
